A 27,000 BTU residential-style central A/C unit with a heat pump is matched with an additional ceiling A/C unit. Along with the 31,000 BTU central heating, you can maintain your perfect comfort levels inside.

Sleeps 8! Besides the queen size bed in the main bedroom, there is also a sofa sleeper (with futon-like mattress), a jack-knife sofa sleeper, and a dinette sleeper!

In the bedroom, stretch out on the queen size bed and hang your clothes in the cedar-lined closet slide-out.

A fully equipped galley includes a 21" 3-burner stove & oven, microwave/convection oven, a 12 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer, granite-like countertops, and a double kitchen sink. There's even a built-in knife holder and an exclusive interior/exterior pass-thru waste basket system.

This Series #1004 features a private bathroom with a very large vanity, sink and medicine cabinet, large shower with skylight, a porcelain toilet, and a 12-volt power vent.

Outside you can entertain under a large power awning, Hook up a refrigerator & TV (cable pre-wire) in the slide-out patio party prep area, and plugin with 110 outlets.

Basement heat, ample storage, including large pass-thru slide-out storage trays, plus an exterior shower, and central hook-up/wet-bay station make set-up and storage a breeze!
