From the Owner:
We bought from a couple who made 2 trips from Colorado to Florida, one from Florida to Az and 3 winters to AZ. In 2015 their gps took them to a tunnel the rig didn't fit in, and as a result they had to replace 20' of roof decking, 1 antenna tv Sensar III Wingard, 1 Satellite System King Dome 12" in Motion, 2 15,0000 BTU air conditioners. We purchased around 2018, lived full time for 4 years. We did some camping trips around the northern front range of Colorado, but probably only put on less than 500 miles. We did take out the sofa sleeper, as it was a small uncomfortable couch. We replaced it with a couch from IKEA. It is wide enough and long enough for someone to sleep on if the back cushions are removed. At 5'6" I can lie without touching the arm rests with head or feet. I have the original table, but not the chairs. I do have saddle stools that work well. I also have a rocker chair, & 2 two-drawer filing cabinets. The bedroom has a queen mattress bought in 2018. It also has a slideout longer than the length of the bed for a great closet, including 6 drawers under the closet. There is ample storage in the "basement" as well. Including a spare tire (no wheel). Water pump replaced twice in 5 years, but pretty easy process. Just replaced the living room slideout motor. Flooring was replaced in 2013 with Pergo, except for bedroom and slide out. Bathroom shower is not too small, has hot water for full shower. Water tank is 90 gallons, I beleive the black and grey tanks are 45 gallons each. Large slideout has water damage underneath, but has worked for us fine. We did put another 3/4 plywood on the inside floor of the slideout. Awning on the slide out had to be taken off after a trip as it became tangled with getting the slideout in. Awning has been stored out of the sun. All parts except the hardware are available. We never used any of the awnings as had been told that if wind is over 5 mph needed to pull them in; it seems we always have wind, and 5mp is just a breeze, right? Kitchen is nice, lots of cabinets, refrigerator is less then 5 years old. We cranked up the generator recently, but have never had to use it. There is a half a tank of diesel in the 100 gallon tank. It has been treated. Catepillar engine runs well. Wind blew off a rear spoiler, didn't replace, but sealed screw holes. Part is included. Driving is a breeze except driving at speed limit around a round-a-bout, bad idea!
